Stone Avenue Plan, Greenville, South Carolina


Dover, Kohl & Partners, together with Hall Planning & Engineering and Pratt-Thomas Walker, are working with the City of Greenville to plan the future of Stone Avenue and North Main Street. A community charrette was held on-site from March 18-25, 2010, and the public input received during the charrette will be used to form the goals and key ideas of the plan.

High Speed Rail 2010 Conference


Dover-Kohl Project Director Andrew Georgiadis spoke at the recently held 2010 High Speed Rail Conference. His session "HSR, Transit Oriented Development, Station Architecture, Rail Connectivity" addressed how HSR encourages and works with regional and commuter rail, metros, electric buses, bicycles, and walkable urbanism. HSR creates new opportunities for station area development and transit oriented development (TOD).
