Seven50 Opening Summit


The Opening Summit—the first of a series— will focus on the State of the Region. It will include a collaborative work session to kick-start a plan for more prosperous communities, a cleaner environment, and a stronger economy. The Summit will be held Wednesday, June 27 at the Cultural Arts Center in Delray Beach.

Seven50: The Plan for Economic Prosperity provides an opportunity for the region’s residents and stakeholders to work in unison toward a vibrant and resilient economy, equitable and livable communities, and environmental sustainability. Seven 50 is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to plan a better future.

Dover-Kohl Presents Final Plan for the Preservation of Historic Pittsburgh, Atlanta


The final presentation for the Preservation of Pittsburgh Master Plan at the newly renovated Pittman Park was well attended by residents of Pittsburgh, Atlanta. During the gathering, Project Director Elma Felix presented the essential principles of the plan, housing tools and implementation strategies with the audience. The Resident Leadership Team, a core group of Pittsburgh residents, selected ten Quick Start Demonstration Projects to change the image of Pittsburgh. They registered dozens of interested residents and non-residents to specific projects. The Dover-Kohl team will continue to work with Sustainable Neighborhood Development Strategies, Inc. and the residents of Pittsburgh to approve Preservation of Pittsburgh Master Plan in the coming months.
